LaVenice Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates as an independent software developer and sole proprietorship. We build isolated, privacy-focused digital tools (such as Kado). Your personal lists, budgets, and data remain stored within your dedicated instance or local device storage. We do not sell or monetize personal user data.

2. Digital Purchases & Etsy Fulfillment

Products purchased via Etsy (such as digital access passes for Kado) are fulfilled via instant digital downloads containing activation links and PWA setup guides. Due to the digital nature of our products, refund policies are detailed directly on our Etsy store page.

3. Software Disclaimer

All LaVenice Labs software products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. An active internet connection is required for cloud-backed applications to sync and function properly. LaVenice Labs is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure or improper local backups.
